Directions: Pad Thai Sauce
1. Pound shallots and garlic. Heat the pan and put pounded shallots and garlic into the pan. Stir-fry until almost golden. Add palm sugar and water.
2. Season it with tamarind paste, Sriraja Panich chili sauce and Golden Mountain seasoning sauce. The taste should be sweet, sour and salty, as this sauce will be used to stir-fry with flat rice noodles.
Ingredients: Pad Thai with Shirmp
100 grams | flat rice noodles |
1 tablespoon | chopped sweetened pickled turnips |
2 tablespoons | chopped yellow tofu |
3 | shrimps |
2 tablespoons | dried shrimp |
10 grams | garlic chives |
30 grams | bean sprouts |
1 | egg |
1 tablespoon | vegetable oil |
1/3 cup | water |
Directions: Pad Thai with Shrimp
1. Heat the pan. Put vegetable oil and shrimps into the pan and stir-fry until cooked. Add sweetened pickled turnips, yellow tofu and dried shrimp. Then, stir-fry until it smells good before putting flat rice noodles into the pan. Add some water to soften the noodles and pour Pad Thai sauce into the pan. Add bean sprouts and garlic chives before stir-frying them all together.
2. Serve it with a slice of lime, roasted peanuts, fresh bean sprouts and garlic chives.
